20th anniversary of AARP Experience Corps Program

Honored to partner with City of Temppe for the 20th anniversary of the AARP Experience Corps program. It was exciting to explore a new way to bring LEGO into the professional and community space.

To celebrate the more than 130 volunteers make the program possible, I created a community-built LEGO mural of the iconic Mill Avenue Bridge. Made from over 13,000 pieces, the mural was built one “pixel” at a time, with every volunteer contributing two plates to the final artwork.

The mural will be permanently housed at the Tempe Public Library.
